采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：1、球管为高值易损部件（属二类医疗器械），并非独立可用设备，必须通过国家食品药品监督管理局对球管与DSA整机的匹配性检测并合格后方可投入使用，以确保设备运行的安全性、高效性及图像质量。；2、本设备仅可配套使用西门子原厂生产的球管，当前市场上无其他品牌或型号的球管可实现替代，更换亦需遵循统一的规格标准。 3、根据2014年10月1日起施行的《医疗器械注册管理办法》第六章第四十九条规定：“产品名称、型号、规格、结构及组成、适用范围、产品技术要求、进口医疗器械生产地址等发生变化的，注册人应当向原注册部门申请许可事项变更。”设备在使用及维修过程中，常需更换零配件，部分关键部件作为整机重要结构组成，均随整机注册。如使用非原厂球管，会导致整机结构及组成发生变更，需重新注册，由于西门子公司不对非原厂球管引起的变更进行注册，故本设备必须使用原厂球管。
